Anyone elses bun sleep in the bed? Powder has taken to sleeping just beside my pillow, so when I wake up first thing I see is a flopped out white fur ball.  He jumps down to get food and water and go to the litter box during the night, then jumps right back up and flops back out in his spot. Though, if I sleep in, I get mad zoomies done around me in a circle until I get up and whiskers in my face like “Um, hello? Get up. Lets play.” And when we start getting ready for bed he gets all excited and runs around my feet until I get in place for sleeping, so he can get up in “his” bed.

I wish I could trust Molly to sleep in my bed. But she would run around like a maniac all night, and I’m a light sleeper, and ever since she peed on my bed, I havn’t trust her on there since

Zeus likes to doze with me up on the futon (aka my bed ) when I’m watching TV and winding down for the day, but he definitely prefers to sleep on the tiles in his cage.  For awhile I tried letting him have the bathroom to himself at night, with a baby gate on the door, to give him more out of cage time.. but he would break out to get back into his cage.  I think he likes the security of it, his cage is his nest.

And West definitely likes her cage.. she’s still getting used to having out of cage time at all, poor girl.

                hee! Cute!

Before we found out about Stan’s allergies, Remy slept in the bed with us every night. He would stay up with Stan for a while after I went to sleep, and then when he decided it was his “bedtime” he would hop into the bedroom, go up the cardboard box we put there as a step, hop up and nose me in the face (“I’m here!”), and then burrow down under the covers to my feet. Then he would lick my feet for 5-10 minutes and then flop against my leg and fall asleep. This was literally every night. I woke up each morning and lifted up the covers to see him wake up and look at me like “Oh, you gettin up? I think I’m gonna sleep in a little longer…” People always asked me if I was worried about hurting him in my sleep, but I never did. Even asleep, I knew he was there.

Sometimes he would purposefully jump down to where the end of the sheet tucked into the mattress and lie there rolled up like in a hammock lol

Ahh! I miss that. When we had to put a gate to the bedroom (because of the allergies), he would wait at the gate and get up on his hind legs and stare at the bedroom. It was hard to watch because we both wanted to let him in, but we couldn’t. He’s okay with it now, although he does run to the gate whenever he hears me get up at night to pee or something. I usually just say his name in a goofy way and he binkies off down the hallway in response.

                He’s a good bunny : D

Awww, Remy sounds so cute My boyfriend is slightly allergic to the rabbits, but he doesn’t sleep in the bed (he says the floor is more comfortable, weird)… if he did Powder wouldn’t sleep up there anyway, since he moves so much in his sleep the poor bun wouldn’t get any rest. lol

Uhh… his sleeping habits are very odd, to the say the least. lol He has two duvets, which he balls up and uses to prop himself up / put his arm and shoulder above his body. Then he has a body pillow he uses to prop his knees up. Then he has a fleece blanket for covering himself with. And a HUGE (puts my neck in a very upright uncomfortable angle it’s so thick) pillow he uses for his head. His blanket props alone take up half the bed, then his amount of taking up the bed, then the fact he completely changes position at least four times during the night (i’ll wake up and he’ll be laying long ways, then side ways, then at an angle)… well, sleeping in the same bed isn’t exactly comfortable for either of us. And would be impossible for the poor bunny!

Awhhh Stickerbunny that is so adorable!!! I wish my bunnies slept next to me. They sleep together on a bin underneath my bed and if I go and look at them they give me this look like “We’re hiding from the mean lady.”

When i first let Chacha 100% be allowed into my room at all times, she jumped on my bed. I was watching an SNL episode with Danield Radcliffe (she loves her harry potter, not even kidding) and she sat there for a good 40 minutes, watching with me

She wasn’t sleeping, but I thought it would be funny

Timbu sleeps on my bed. It’s so funny, the timing of your post Stickerbunny! I was logging on to post about this very topic. I was a bad slave and slept in big time today. He showed his displeasure in not receiving morning pellets by decorating my covers. He’s not even super keen on pellets but the morning serve he is ready for.

I also dismantled is pen recently since he was never shut in it. He marked my bed for several days until I recreated a nook in the corner for him where his pen was. lol

So, anyone with bed sleepin’ buns, watch out for when you’ve upset them.

JG, I was thinking of the cute video you just posted about Tim. Link it here?

Stickerbunny, I am just plain jealous. And it also sounds like he gets more sleep on your pillows than down with your bf.
