Skin condition?

So, my baby Oliver has been in and out of two different vets for months and had multiple tests and treatments done for this crusty spot on the top of his head near his ear. They have tested for mites twice and treated for them, also been tested and treated for fungal and bacterial infections, all coming back negative and none of the treatments taking care of the problem. It doesn’t seem to bother him much except for once and a while he scratches at it. We seem to be racking up vet bills and receiving no good answers for something that seems to concern mommy more than bunny. Has anybody seen this before?!

Also, today we found a bald spot under his neck I’ve never seen before. It’s in a buried spot under his chin and I can’t decide if hair doesn’t grow there or if there is an issue. The skin is light pink and looks healthy and normal.

Somebody please help me with this sensitive skinned bunny!

Could it possibly be subaceous adenitis? Speak to your vet about this.

I’m not sure. This hasn’t been brought up at any of his visits. I tried to attach a picture but I’m not sure if it worked. I was wondering if it is normal for bunnies to have a patch of fur missing tucked away under his chin. I was only able to see it if I stretched him out on his back (which he hates and I hate to do). I felt it before I saw it. It seems to be in a place where his chin would rub his chest so I wasn’t sure.
