What are some telltale signs of a rabbit with bloat? I have read that it progresses very quickly, so I know spotting the symptoms in time to do something about it is very difficult. But for those with experience, are there definite signs your bunny is sick with bloat? I worry sometimes because Dorothy has a distended belly that she didn’t have before, but she is otherwise happy, has normal droppings and has an appetite, so maybe she is just packing on the pounds for winter  But it would be nice to know the symptoms so I am prepared in case it does happen. Thanks.

Gurgling tummy, absence of poop, and hunched position is a giveaway for me aside from not wanting to eat
