 Here are mine….Bruce and Madison (Bruce is the white and black hound. Maddie is the Alapaha Blueblood bulldog, she’s such a character!) Both are currently about 2 1/2. I would post normal pics of these 2 but I couldn’t resist!! She’s sleeping here…no lie!

This is my dog Toffee 

he is a grumpy old man at 14 year old, a malteseXpoodle and I have had him most of my life, he’s one of those dogs that understands everything you say and acts slightly to human sometimes lol. He loves carrot more than my bun does and is always trying to steal Parsleys vegetables for himself

This is muffin the cat and ruby the dog (she’s an Australian Shepard but she has had a haircut here). Muffin is totally nuts, she thinks shes a dog and goes swimming and will basically tolerate anything, Ruby’s a real sweetie and was born without a tail so just wags her bum when shes happy which is the funniest thing to watch!

My cat button – he’s 10. (I named him when I was 8, to maintain a little of his dignity my Mum decided his full name would be Solomon Button – I wish I was cool when I was 8 and realised that Solomon is the coolest name ever).  He’s my special little guy and he has 3 legs!

My little dog Betty.  She’s five I think but she still looks like a little pup.  She’s a cross between a patterdale and a lakeland, not a jack rustle

My two fish ginge and rebel fish (haha silly names).  We were staying with a friend and the cat belongs to her 

And lastly little Don.  He is my boyfriend’s hamster but I love him too

What pretty pets everyone has! Freyja – I want a box turtle too! I love mine but if I ever get a turtle again, it’s going to be a land one hehe.

Roberta – I love Bilbo, even his name lol. He kinda looks like mine. I forgot to mention that my cat Ripley is all black but has 1 white whisker and it’s the longest of all

Yes conures can talk my little guy is very stubborn and has big attitude lol. But he can say “hello” “whatcha doin?” accidentally learned to say “step up” from his previous owner. Also copies my sneeze, my laugh, he makes a purr sound when he sees a bird flying outside the window.
Also, I taught him to spin in a circle on cue, taught him to wave (even though it looks more like he’s scratching his head haha) he also raises his wings when I point my finger like a gun & say “stick em up!”

Yeah I used to have one of those loft beds where you climb up the ladders to your bed and he used to climb up and down all the time just the thing and then one day (just after we got betty – she was still a hyper wee pup) she chased him through the house and he jumped up the ladders then onto a wardrobe just across from the bed (like beside the ladders it’s hard to explain, he would go on the wardrobe all the time as well though). Because he was panicked he climbed up onto some cardboard boxes that were on there and they fell when he was on them His leg broke in 3 places and we didn’t have enough money (it was like £10000 to get him fixed without amputation) and my mum’s boyfriend at the time paid us enough money so his leg would be amputated and he wouldn’t be put down. He’s a little fighter though, he was severely overweight at the time so it was likely he wouldn’t survive the op but he’s fine now. He got put on a kitty diet and now he’s a normal weight cat and he can still run around and climb on things just the same as he used to. Quite a story to tell the kids if he had any

This is BellaDonna (Bella). She’s a year old Westie. Technically she’s my mom’s dog and lives with her in my home city, but sometimes I think of her as mine too. 

And this is Shadow. My mom and I got him when I was in the 5th grade, in 1995. He was my first real pet as the dog we had before Shadow really belonged to my mom (and hated me with a passion…). He was my best friend and baby. He passed away 2 years ago at Christmas when I was in Philadelphia. I still miss him, but he taught me how to be a good momma and now I use those skills on Cinnabun. Sometimes he would even let me dress him up, take a quick pic for cuteness, before he demanded it be taken off. He is an Australian Terrier.

So much cuteness!!!

These are my beasts. Be warned there are many lol.

First up is Cocoa my oldest dog (she will be 10 this year). She loves people and loves any animal smaller than her. But she has something against my male dog if there is a scrap of food around she immediately tries to eat him. 

 

Next up is my baby Haven he just turned 9. He is my heart dog. He loves anyone and anything that isn’t smaller than him. It takes him months to not be terrified of things smaller than him. He is super goofy and does some of the most insane things I have ever seen.

Gizmo my girl who also just turned 9. She does not like people if they are not part of her family. The vet compared her to a child with slight autism. She is very uneasy around strangers and will run and hide while barking loudly at you. But if you know her she wiggles her butt the entire time you are around. 

And my youngest pup Ziggy. I think he may have been born without a brain. He is 100% insane. He is not happy with me right now because he is on a diet. His favorite thing on earth is ripping lids off of plastic bottles. You can buy him any toy on earth and he will go for a bottle. Unless the toy squeaks then it is game over.

My oldest kitty Koda. All of my cats are indoor/outdoor. He prefers outdoors unless it is raining. This is his favorite thing to do sleep. He is not super cuddly but will tolerate you petting him. If he is scared he will plant himself on your lap and not move.

Newest kitten. He is a failed foster that I have named Minion. He enjoys killing things a lot. It grosses me out but he’s a cat and that’s what he does. He loves to cuddle no matter where you are and likes to ride on the back of my neck when I am walking around. He is more indoor than Koda and only really goes out if he sees something to kill or it’s really sunny. 

This is Ferb my newest ferret. He is gigantic! He weighs a little over 6lbs. He makes my other two look like tiny female ferrets. He loves to hang out under my feet which can be problematic. He is extra lazy with bursts of energy here and there. This picture was the day I brought him home so it’s not very good and his nails were long.

Smokie my old dude he will either be 7 or 9 this year. This ferret has given me many heart attacks! He is never still and loves to get up on high shelves and knock everything off. You try to block areas off and his butt will find a way through. He was recently diagnosed with adrenal disease and lost all of the hair on his tail and butt.

Domino face. Aka Snaggletooth. He is my lump. He hates playing with anything that doesn’t light up. He is completely deaf and has been trained using hand signals. He can do a ton of tricks since once I have his attention he focuses solely on me. He loves to snuggle under my pillow or under the couch.

@Sonn, WOW! So many pets! Do you find your dogs get along with the buns? Sometimes I miss having a dog, but I worry about trying to have a bun and a dog.

My dogs get along fantastic with the buns. But they are also very well trained if I tell them to leave it they forget about it. Plus they are never left alone with them when I am gone the rabbits are put into the rabbit room. I had a snapping problem with Ziggy at first since he was still being trained when I got Pacey but now Pacey usually sleeps on top of Ziggy.

Okay well at my house Bunjamin is the only pet. BUT I have a dog that lives at my parents house because she is attached to my mom’s dog.

And then there are the two cats that me and my mom rescued. The live outdoors but we give them food and shelter in the winter/bad weather. Momma cat is feral (and yes she almost always looks like she wants to kill you):

And this is cooper. The pic is when he was still a kitten. They are both fixed and live happily together. We did try to re-home them though so they could be indoor kitties but no takers. And we’re all allergic.

Well, I have some odd other pets.

My odd other pets include 11 tarantulas. They are all cute and different species and come in an assortment of colors

Lets start with Pinky shes an Avicularia versicolor, or Antills Pink Toe

Heres Pinky’s cousin, Pink Toe

Heres Indy, this species is from India, called P. subfusca, lowland. She’s 9 months old and not even full size yet, she will get about 7″ lol..she’s 2.5″ right now. Violet highlights will become more apparent along with yellow highlights as she gets older. 

Heres Goldie, I got her at the same time as Pinky. She’s a Dwarf Species, called Chillian Gold. Not a tarantula, but close relative.

Heres Olive, one of my more beautiful girls she’s one of my favorites and loveees to eat, but doesn’t mind being handled either, as you can see from the second picture  She’s also about half an inch bigger then when these pictures where taken.

Sonn – I love Koda! He looks so pretty! My boyfriend rescued a gray baby kitten that was stuck under someone else’s car in between some pipes or something. Since he was gray, and he was stuck under a Silver Chevy Silverado, we named him Silver We had him for almost 2 years. He was indoor/outdoor and was such a laid back cat. Unfortunately, we think someone else either picked him up and kept him or he ran away Here he is:

Okay, my turn!

 This is Andy, my 10 year old kitty. Hes a total sweetheart and loves to cuddle. He’s pretty much the laziest cat in the world.

 

This is Savana, aka the Kitten (we call her that because she’s still kitten-sized at 5 years old). She has a very strange and unique personality and she loves to play and watch the chipmunks and birds from the window.

 

 

This is RiverBreeze Mystic Bay, aka Winnie, my 11 year old Morgan mare. No, Im not trying to make my horse look like a bunny rabbit, shes wearing her fly veil that’s too big for her little ears.

Finally have a chance to post a pic of my late cat, JayJay. He was a stray who adopted us years ago. I thought right away he was a boy but my mom thought he was a girl because he had a flabby stomach. Thinking he was pregnant once so we named him Jewel for about 2 years. Eventually we saw him spray the side of the house so he became Julian. The name didn’t work out for me, so randomly came the name JayJay

He was the perfect cat, indoor/outdoor but 4 yrs ago, we found out he had cancer. We helped him live the last of his life as best we could.

I love seeing everyones animals! Definitely makes the work day go by faster… especially when I take 20 mins to go dig for my own pictures. Here is my clan!

This is Rico my pup. He is a 3 year old Chihuahua x Lhasa Apso. My fiance and I adopted him and had no idea what we were getting into! He has been a real handful and had so many health issues but he keeps coming through them, he’s our little baby. 

This is King Louie my 15 year old cat. He’s been with me since I was 9 and has been the best rescue cat I’ve ever had. He’s a cuddle bug but is also so set in his “old man” ways so he is used to getting what he wants.

This is Grizz (Grizzly Bear) he is a 11 year old lab/shepard/chesapeake/husky cross. He is the most loyal and loveable dog in the world. He lives with my dad and younger brothers so I don’t get to see him unless I’m on a trip home but I sure miss his big bear hugs. 

This is Pepper, my second baby. He’s a 6 year old Jack Russel x Cairin Terrier. He lives with my mom because he is our family dog but he and Rico spend so much time together they might as well be living together lol. He has a really sad past and even the staff at the shelter tried to convince us not to take him because they’d had such behavioural problems with him (they didn’t want him to be too stressful for a single mom with 3 kids to care for). But my mom was in love so we adopted him anyway and he has turned out to be an amazing dog, he is so sweet even though he is afraid of everything! He is actually afraid of the dark poor guy but he is super spoiled so he has a night light. 

This is Nella, she was also a family dog at my dads but sadly she is no longer with us. I miss her terribly, this is a much older photo but was always one my favorites. She was SUCH a trouble maker, she used to drive my dad up the wall getting into things she shouldn’t and I loved her even more for it 

This is a horrible picture but it’s one of the only ones I have of Georgia Boo. She was our first family dog at my dads, then we added Grizz and eventually Nella. Georgia was always the boss, she was such a princess and did her own thing but she loved to spend time with people. She’d sit at your feet all day if you let her. We lost her to cancer last summer, she was almost 10.

 Aside from my prissy little bunny butt I also have Clovis, the grumpiest hedgehog on the planet.  He is seriously just a ball of grumps all the time…. he’s cute though.

 

 

And I also have my puppy (he’s 6 and an Australian Shepherd), Milo, but he lives with my parents.  I don’t have any good pictures of him but in this one he crawled into my lap and was begging for belly rubs.

I only have my bunnies atm but in the past i’ve had 3 springer spaniels. I would’ve got another if people were at home often enough

Fred was my old man – my parents bought him before I was born and he died of old age when I was 9.

We got Tally (on the right) when I was 4. She was lovely but a bit shy as she was mistreated before we got her. She died suddenly when I was 18, I was up all night with her and it was the day before my Spanish A level exam which I just ended up sobbing throughout – needless to say I didn’t do brilliantly D:

Kate is on the left here (after she had one eye removed from getting a thorn stuck in it), our last dog who was a retired field trial champion – we got her a few months after Fred died and she LOVED Tally. In the end she became my dog – she used to sleep outside my bedroom door and squeak if I didn’t let her in for hugs. She died a year ago last week from cancer and I miss her so so much. Writing this makes me well up slightly!

Nice to see that we have a good assortment of animal lovers on here!  

Firstly, my beautiful boy Biscuit, who I got for my 10th birthday. He sadly left me last year at the age of 8 and a half, and I think of him so so often. I miss you baby! 

Here i have; Bruno my hamster, bought after I left home for Uni and lasted TWO days without having an animal, I couldn’t do it!

Then after Bruno, I soon got Merlin my crested gecko, he’s a lot bigger now

I also have two beautiful persians at home, Meg and Misu (short for Nutmeg and Tiramisu)

An aquarium which I dont have a photo of ….

And lastly the horse I lease, Jazz!  

 

 After being at uni a couple of months, I saw Barney (he had no name at that point) up for adoption and kept him ‘illegally’ in my university halls until I managed to move into a shared house, at which point I got Belle!

I currently just have my bunny, but I couldn’t help to share photos of my mini poodle, Boo Boo, that recently crossed the rainbow bridge and has forever left paw prints in my heart. He would’ve turned 11 years old this November and was still such a puppy. He left us so unexpectedly and I miss so much the sound of his bark and excited paws against the floor as my keys jingled to open the door…

Sigh… All I have are my buns.

I used to have three horses, seven dogs, five cats, and various other farm animals. So I really love and enjoy the company of other animals! But we have no room for more after five bun buns! This is my kitty Satan (yes that is his name ). Unfortunately I was not able to take him with me when me and my fiance moved. He is living with my parents though so I still consider him mine. I hope one day we will be able to afford the outragous pet fee required at the apartments we live in. Seriously a pet fee for dogs and cats but not destructive bunnies?

This everyone, is called a Bengal and his name is Loki….Anyone else have the pleasure of experiencing this breed of cat? DEMON CATS!! These little evils will screw with your crap and make you question your sanity. Yeah not over exagerating either. They are beatiful cats though, fur is like velvet. They are so sweet when they aren’t raising all kinds of hell. He is a huge cuddler and loves to be spun in the computer chair

Figure I will just post this picture and get them all out. The rottie in the back is Pandora, we decided to breed her with the rottie in the very front (The one with the gray around the mouth) His name is Felonious. The result is the two rotties in the middle. The one on the left is Thunder and the one on the left with the dumb look and toungue hanging to the side is his brother Assault. My parents only keep Pandora and Thunder, the other two live with friends of the family. Sadly Thunder’s father Felonious passed away last year.

Here is my dog, Natasha, but I call her Tasha for short. Her fur is all weird because it’s still growing back in from being shaved to the skin about four months ago.  She looks nicer now, but she should look like a normal Rough Collie in a few more months.

 Awe loved seeing everyones other furry family members! I only have two dogs. Brevin and Abbie. I used to have Bear but he is now living with another family. We called it an open adoption because my husband and I go see him as often as we want, and even babysit him when the family go out of town. We send him care packages in the mail and all that fun stuff so I still feel very attached to Bear and he is still part of my family even though he doesn’t live in my household. I love that dog. Anyhoo, here are the two munchkins that live with me..

This is Bear with one of the neighborhood children that he walks to the school bus every morning. Bear will walk all the surrounding kids in the neighborhood every morning to the school bus and he is there when they get off the bus so he has lots of children friends in his new home and he loves it!

This is Watson, my 1 year old Welsh Springer Spaniel. He’s a fantastic dog and such a sweetheart. He’s still a little too wild to be with the bunnies in the same room, but he loves to watch them through the gate. He just wants to play, but obviously puppy play isn’t compatable with bunnies. After some training, they adore him. It’s funny how they went from being scared to being excited to see him, even when he’s a bit obnoxious and barking. I thought they would be ok with any dog now, but when his sister visited Hannah was clearly nervous about the new red and white dog checking her out.

Thanks! He just has the best temperament, loves everyone, and is perpetually happy. He’s still going through the puppy crazies a bit, but he’s settling into a really nice dog.

oh my everyones pets are soooo cute!  

 

This is Lucy.  She is my dog.  She is a shar pei/ possibly pit bull mix.  She was a stray that wondered up my driveway back in 2008.  I tried to get her adopted but I fell in love with her and kept her instead.  She is the BEST dog I have ever owned.  Very well behaved.  She is about 7 years old.  

 

This is Kiki, I took her in when she was a little younger than 3 weeks old.  She was born to a feral mom cat and my brothers friends girlfriend at the time brought them over and I chose a cat ( I would have taken them all if I could have).  She is an evil cat.  She LOVES my mom but hates me even though I raised her and bottle fed her.  Strange cat, she is.  

 

This is Julie.  She was adopted from the local shelter as a kitten.  She is a very friendly cat but is a little skittish.  She was my brothers cat but he stopped caring for her.  

 

And of course there are my four rabbits but I am sure you all know them.  =)
