does your rabbit look like a living, breathing dust bunny? do you have people ask you, “is it real??” if you have fluffy buns, post them here!
my first ever rabbit was a fuzzy lop. i love lionheads. i have a jersey wooly. someday, i may be brave enough for an english angora!
i just posted new pics of rue yesterday, so i’ll spare y’all. can’t wait to see more floofy bunnies!
Yay for fluffy bunns! (and this was after haircuts
)
(Before haircuts lol)
oh my gosh…they are sooo cute! I love Angoras!
LOVE!!!
OH.My.God. Squeee!
Oh! I want a fluffy bunny now!!!! They are all so adorable!
Great pictures! My buns are all relatively unfluffy..I need a good fluffy bun fix every now and then
(where’s cactuspancake with Franz and Jasmine??)
Gah, they’re so cute!!! ![]()
PB, how long does it take for their fur to grow out like that?
I just have pics from Mr Binky Bunny, but you can see my little Wooly is a fluffy bunny. ![]()

No mop top though since he’s a Jersey Wooly. ![]()
Squeeee!! Fluffems!!!! I love Angoras but I don’t envy their owners the brushing!!! I find it difficult enough keeping Bindi groomed and his fur is not nearly as long and fluffy. It doesn’t help that he bites me whenever I try to untangle a mat.
Spencer says that he’s a pretty fluffy bunny, but he’s a little intimidated by the incredible fluffitude of the angoras.

Hi Lani. It only takes about a few weeks (if that!) for it to become noticeably longer. It also depends on how short I cut it (which depends on how long they decide to be bribed to sit still with a bowl full of mint and carrots. lol) But yeah usually about after a month or so its time for a new haircut or else combing has to become more frequent as well as time consuming and they start getting stuff stuck in their coats like giant pieces of hay and such

Ha! Oh my goodness Iheartbuns. That has got to be the best fluffy bunny face. What kind of bunny is he/she?
I think so, too – what kind of bunny is he?
Petie:

Dustor: (Sorry, it’s a little blurry, I’m not always the best photographer)

My housemate’s holland lop is pretty fluffy, but unfortunately I don’t have anybody fluffy at the moment.
All your bunnies are so darling! I love how Spencer has a little skirt around his butt, lol.
love! all the lionheads with their adorable manes, mr binky bunny with his awesome blaze, and more and more, i want an angora!
since i just discovered that rue is a BOY, i think i’ll share HIS picture, even though you’ve probably already seen this one.
and here is leane, my lionhead from way back when. she was sjuch a gorgeous bun!

My fluffy girl, Hodari. She’s sure not the fluffiest, though! Lol. Your bunnies are really, seriously fluffy!!!!
Okay so I know you all may have found in your life with a fluffy bunny that its hard to know what your bunny should look like under their fur.
So I have a question about a bunny’s head anatomy. So both my bunnies have these kind of bumps just below their ears on either side of their face that just look like mats of fur – so are they just a ball of bunched up fur or is it something on the sides of their face that every bunny has? I’m not sure but I figured I would ask since they both have it in exactly the same place on their heads.
Hodari looks mighty queenly stretched out with her rear legs as far stretched back as they will go on your bed, so I’m not about to tell her she doesn’t qualify as fluffy! LOL
All the other buns in this thread are adorable in their own right, my own lionheads Petie and Dustor being no exceptions. LOL
OH MY GOSH!!!! They are beautiful/hilarious!!! I want to snuggle them all!!!
@Mossling: Rue says “EEECH! I got a hair in my mouth!!! BLECH!!!”
Fluffies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All those bunnies need serious snugglings…by me! ![]()

Lol. Thanks for not disappointing her.
She was just hoping for an honorable mention or a playdate with some of the real fluffies! Ha, ha. Imagine all these fluffy buns in the same room!

Imagine the immediate death of the vaccuum assigned to clean up after all the fluffy bunnies in the same room!
THEY’RE SO FLUFFFFFFY! *dies of cuteness overload* ![]()
Best. Thread. Ever.
PB and Z – you can sometimes feel their jaw bone, but it sounds like mats. Weird though if they both have them in the same place. Can you post a picture?
Oh my gosh Sonn. I love the fluffy hay face!
Zatanna always ends up looking like that because she runs to stand under the shower of hay bits that falls down when I add more hay from the box to their rack.
Ok (dig)x(me)x(now) thanks. I’ll see if I can manage to take some pics of it without it just looking like fuzz.
Ha, ha, Sonn, bet he’s going to welcome a warm washcloth to his face after becoming dusted with hay like that! The bunnies are CUTE.
I’m so pleased, Dustor has taken to his new nylon bed in his willow tunnel! I got him nylon, to discourage peeing or nibbling on the bed (so far he hasn’t) and because I figured the nylon would stay cool throughout the warm weather, although I have a feeling it’s going to be a year-round favorite! I’m so happy!

(dig)x(me)x(now):
After further investigation of the mysterious face fuzz it turns out it was just matts. I figured it out while giving Buttercup a haircut and I was trying to cut down to get closer to it and it ended up starting to come out. Its so weird that they both had it in the same place on both sides of the face tho! I’m always hesitant to cut near their face but she was pretty good about it. I had to cut her little lion’s mane I always leave her though because she looked funny after I got rid of the matt
She’s still pretty fluffy — though its more like fuzzy right now, ha!
lashkay:
Dustor looks extremely comfy and of course fluffy as ever! That is a really cool idea putting the bed into the tunnel – thumbs up!
What kind of bunny is Hodari? She’s really pretty.
Also, even though she doesn’t look like this right now – I felt it was necessary to share this fluffy pic. Ha ![]()
I’m not sure what she was doing – falling asleep sitting up maybe. LOL
Ha,ha…falling asleep sitting up, maybe…whatever, that’s a real handsome bunny you got, I love it, PB and Z
That latest picture is so cool!
PB and Z – good to hear you figured it out. I’m sure she looks just as flufftastic!
Here is my Fuzzy Lop Freddie! This isn’t the best picture to show off his fluffiness. I will try to get some more soon! He is mostly fur really!
