Hello, I need help, I’m in a rough situation with my bunnies. My bunnies did not bond as one rabbit was constantly chasing and nipping the other rabbit no matter what I tried. I tried 24/7 bonding both small and big spaces, table bonding, and stress bonding. Nothing worked but I can also not keep the mean rabbit as she tries to hurt my other rabbit through cage bars. She also has been stressing me out for months now and I believe it’s time to find her a new home. I know this isn’t good but I can’t keep both rabbits if they don’t bond and I can’t have my mental health be in the gutters due to a rabbit.

Do you think I’m making the right decision? Also, what do you think would be the best approach to rehome her and have her go to a proper home.

If you feel that this is best for you and your other rabbit, I say yes, you are making the right (but tough) decision! As long as she goes to a home where she is loved and wanted then go for it 😉

If you can’t find a good home directly, please take her to a no kill shelter.

Good luck and don’t beat yourself up.  Crap happens.  You tried your best.
