  I hope I haven’t jinxed myself today saying Clem has never had a gi stasis, but this afternoon she was a bit weird for a while, I brought her the usual green salad, fresh sweet and lemon basil, raspberry leaves and peppermint, she nibbled it on a bit, and then spent the rest of the time grooming.
  
  It took her 10 minutes to come out of her cage when usually she’d bolt as soon as the door was open.
  
  Now for her poop she had some strung together with one of my hairs, that’s no more grooming me for her, and some smaller poops, lastly there was a cecal, it wasn’t the same shape as usual, it looked like normal round fecal pellets, not like a blackberry.
  
  Of course she voraciously ate some romaine lettuce I brought in and then started to explore.
  
  Usually I don’t sit on the fence whether something is wrong with my rabbits, but this time I am so I’d like some help.
  
  I have some critical care and baby gas drops at home.

  Is she still pooping as much as she normally does? And did she eventually eat the veggies? Is she still eating hay and pellets like normal? When Marley had GI stasis the only thing he seemed interested in was his favorite: parsley. He stopped eating pellets and would barely eat any hay. He would pass up on veggies he’s normally a fan of, and that was a big red flag to me. He was also pooping much less and what poop I did see was tiny.

  I put some fresh hay on top of her old hay to hide the old poop, from what I see it looks like she pooped one good and normal sized fecal pellet, some of the veggies are gone in her cage so I’m relieved. Although she was laying down more than usual before.

  You definitely need to empty the litter box so you can accurately see if she’s pooping. Is she lethargic? Will she run for treats if called?

  She is still eating normally, her pellet bowl was empty this morning and took an Oxbow treat today. She seems like she’s back to normal with her behavior. I will empty her litterbox shortly and keep an eye on it, although now there a lot more fecal pellets than there was last night in total before adding the hay.
