Hi guys. I am currently trying to bond my two neutered boys Pudding and Hugo. Pudding was upstairs having his playtime with my husband. Pudding ran downstairs to the dining room where the boys’ two cages are kept next to each other. He ran up to Hugo’s cage and went too close to the bars. Hugo got territorial and bit Pudding on the lip and broke the skin. Pudding’s wound got treated as soon as my husband ran downstairs after him but I am unsure what to do in regards to their bonding sessions after this bite. Shall I continue bonding sessions tomorrow or wait a few days?

If Pudding decides to hold a grudge over this you might have to place them in two separate rooms. but for now I would just go back to prebonding for a few days to a week.
