My rabbit keeps shaking her head ONLY on a particular towel in her pen? I’m not sure what it is, and she doesn’t do it unless on this towel. Sometimes she will move really fast and skid on the towel too for minutes at a time. It looks binky-like but it isn’t. Help

Shaking the head can be a sign of happiness – you can often see bunnies do it before or during binkying. With the little bit of info provided here it sounds like she is happy and is doing as much of a binky as she can on a towel.

Is it the only form of traction she has in her pen?

Yes it is the only traction in her pen, and i’ve only put the towel down a couple of days ago as the weather is getting colder. Thank-you so much!! I was worried it may have been ear mites but her ears look fine and she is on revolution. Warms my heart to know she is having a good time

Yup, def sounds like a head binky. My Elara will do this several times when I greet her in the morning. That’s the only time I see her do this.
