My bunny is eating his litter, its the grey/brown carefresh one from Kaytee, his litter tray is on the top level. I also use it as his bedding on the bottom level.. He is an indoors bunny and he is let out for runs and play daily in the apartment, he is litter trained there also. Both litter trays he eats out of but more so the apartment one.
I was just wondering if that is safe for him to eat it like he does or do I need to change the litter I use?

        Thanks guys x

Eating litter is dangerous because it can cause a blockage. My buns tried eating the Carefresh when I tried it. I use Yesterday’s News and my buns never eat any of it.

I would definitely see if you can get one he won’t eat. I use wood pellets, which I like.
