It’s probably sore hocks. Usually rabbits get it on their back feet, but if it’s really bad, they can get it on their front paws.
It’s not okay for your rabbit to go that long without nail clippings. My house rabbit society reccomends trimming them every 2-3 weeks minimum. If they get too long, your rabbit will stand in a weird position because standing normally will hurt their feet because of the nails, and they will get painful sores on their feet. It can also be caused for super sensitive rabbits by hard flooring. It would really help him if you changed to something softer like fleece or towels all over the cage.
They can get infected and be dangerous for your rabbit (I’ve never seen this, but apparently I think it’s true) if left unhelped. I reccomend Bag Balm, and soaking your rabbits feet in epsom salt.
Check your rabbit’s back feet as well. If you pull apart the fur on the bottom of the foot, you should see a pale pink callus. If the callus is red, inflamed, or cracked then you should treat them as well. Soaking the feet in tea bags should also help toughen up the calluses.
I picture would help, but it’s probably sore hocks.
