I noticed that my bunny has a red ball that looks the same as his poop but it is bright red in color.Does someone know what is it?

All lumps and bumps on a bunny should be looked at by a vet. It’s difficult for us here to even guess at what it could be without a picture.

Here’s an article about some of the bumps and lumps a bun can get. Note that a tumor can be benign, meaning it doesn’t have to be cancerous.

I haven’t heard of something like this so I advise going to a rabbit savvy vet. Sounds like a possible infection manifesting, maybe a parasite, or a mass growing.

Ditto the others. Could be a number of possibilities and a vet should have a look.

Same as his poop? Like cecal poop? If it’s red and cauliflower-like in appearance, it could be a papilloma. Not all papillomas are kertinized. My dog had some very fleshy looking ones.

I agree with the others. A vet should probably have a look. It could be a papilloma, it could be a tumor. We don’t know. It sounds angry though, so it’s best to have it checked out.
