I have what I hope is a quick question. While on vacation, our bunny was diagnosed with GI stasis. We’re back home now. He’s eating well and pooping well. However, it seems that there are a lot of cecal pellets. Is that a good thing? Does that mean he’s on the mend? That’s really all I had and I did not see an answer. Thank you all!

It takes a while for their guts to go back to normal, so that’s probably why you’re seeing cecals. As long as he is pooping other normal poops most of the time, the excess cecals should disappear eventually.
