        i just found this missing patch of hair on my bunny. It is not red or inflamed and doesn’t seem to bother her. Any ideas what it could be? I rescued her in April so this could have already been an issue I just haven’t noticed.

          Rabbits can molt in patches and its not a sign of anything bad. The skin looks good. If it’s molting, hair will start to grow out within 1-2 weeks. Keep keeping an eye, of course!

              thank you guys for your replies! She usually doesn’t go bald like this when she molts so that’s why I was concerned.

                A bun can molt in patches during one molt, and molt like “all over” during the next. It’s still normal, but I agree it can look weird. It’s always good to ask when you notice sth about your bun that seems weird!
