So I might get 2 baby rabbits from a friend. I would love to be able to take them there is just one problem. I would put an X-pen in my room and they would get to be in there at night and when i’m not home. Does anyone sleep with their rabbits in their room? and what is your opinion on this?

It can get a little annoying and slightly messy, but honestly it’s not a huge deal. When you say babies, how old are they? If they aren’t spayed/neutered, make sure you keep them completely separate at all times until 1-2 months after they’ve been fixed.

they are around 2 months and i will be sure to take them to the vet right after. Do i need to seperate them if they are from the opposite sex until they get neutered or spayed? and would i have to do a whole bonding process with them again even thought they were litter mates?

Rabbits don’t understand the concept of family. Once hormones develop, brothers will try to mate with sisters and mothers, siblings of the same sex and opposite will try and kill each other…. It goes against logic, but yes, even litter mates need to separated, regardless of same sex or opposite because of both mating and attacking.

Basically yes, but if they’ve grown up together and haven’t gotten into any big fights when their hormones strike, the re-bonding will likely be very smooth.

Yes, you’ll have to do the bonding process again. They’ll be seperate for months so they’ll forget each other. They should be spayed and neutered atleast at 5 to 6 months of age. 2 months is a little too young.

Yes but if you separate them before anything happens and keep them close enough that they can see and smell one another (but not touch) chances are the bond will be quite straightforward

I don’t have my rabbits in my room but I have them in the room next door. Mine aren’t caged so I hear them zooming and binkying at 4am sometimes. I’m a light sleeper and I hate being disturbed but it’s hard to get mad when you see how happy they are  Be prepared for noise but other than that, I can’t see any problems

Do you have the space for them? I know in your last post you were saying you didn’t really have the space or time for a new bunny.

Yes, as long as there is ample space, the only down side would be their early to rise rambunctiousness. And of course follow the appropriate bonding advice from everyone above.

As with the babies, just make sure you keep both bunnies completely separated until 1-2 months after both have been spayed/neutered.

I sleep with my rabbit in my room and its fine. Once she jumped on my bed and woke me up from my sleep. That was a fun morning, watching her binky and bounce.
