  No actually he’s very affectionate and sort of timid-but I think he’s going to charge the camera one day!

  awww so cute! love chuck(the lop:is that his name?) what a cutie patootie! LOL. this might sound really weird. its going to sound SO weird i am going to be the FREAK of bb… but is chuck MISSING and eye?!?! sorry if im wrong, maybe it was closed. it just sorta looked like he didn’t have one (blush blush blush ohhhh super blush!)

  BC, yeah I think Chuck’s missing an eye – I know that he’s blind and deaf.

  The others are looking good, too. Except I can’t really find Kahlua’s face. I know she’s in there somewhere.
  
  Chuck is definitely missing one eye, but did you once say that he was detecting some light and shadow with the other? Or was that more whiskers and smell sensing?
  Whatever, he looks really healthy and happy. I think Noot told Mikey a joke. “A lop, a rex and a priest walk into a bar…”

  lolz…I think Noot has the best bunny name ever. And I agree with Markus, he looks like he is expecting something to swoop down and carry Chuck off and he’s ready to fight it to the death. Such a vigilant bun! He needs a cup of tea (or maybe something stronger) and a hot tub so he can relax.
  Kahlua = lolz. She’s so adorable! I just cannot bring myself to give my bunnies slinkies, I am sure they would be terrorized beyond all recognition of sanity.
  Rupert is beautiful, I just love his coloring!

  Yay! So happy to be seeing pix of your crew again. I LOVE that Chuck and Noot still get couch time even though they now have their very own bunny room. Lol!

  Chuck has one eye, one was removed-both were damaged during a neglectful situation he was in before the rabbit shelter got him (A young girl stole him from the porch of a crack house after seeing he wasn’t being fed and being kept in hamster cage). The one he has has a cataract but he does seem to notice changes in light and have at least some vision in it.
  I totally agree-makes my heart burst when I see him and Noot sprawled out-it’s hard to get a picture when they are in their bedroom-couch works though!
  
  Katnip-I only take Rupert and Kahlua out-Chuck and Noot detest being picked up and I comply with senior citizen preferences (Noot is soon nine!!) None of them have actually touched the apples outside-they chomp dandelions and kale but otherwise they just toddle around checking things out, making a fort under the bbq, and binky around.
  
  It works well because both Rupert and Kahlua will stop if I call their name and they are easy to catch (I only take both out if Dave is there to supervise though, otherwise it’s one at a time). Kahlua wears her vest with a bell and a leash dragging, but I Rupert does not fit bunny vests-I think I’m going to take him to petsmart to fit him into a cat vest, but he’s very slow anyways so I do let him go commando right now I think he’ll have a ball in winter too!
  
  You all are in for it now though-I got a bigger memory card and fresh camera batteries *Cackles* more pictures coming soon!! I also have to take one of Rupert in his ‘window’ seat-he loves it, I built a ramp and enclosed rabbit walk that goes up to their window for Rupert and Kahlua (Chuck can’t have heights just in case) and Rupert sits in it every evening peering out the window-he loves it especially if the window is open and he can stick his nose in the breeze!
