he looks after the dog all the time but the dog is well behaved and has an iron stomach.. i know he’ll be kind to her but i’m the one who cares for the pets so i don’t know if he really gets how much work she is and i’m kinda nervous something will go wrong. here’s the list i’ve made .. i want to know if anything’s missing
also,i’ve purposely left the food list short to limit it to things i know he buys and eats and not over complicate anything and i’m going to do a deep clean of her cage before i go and right when i come back so i’m just having him clean the litters out
here goes:
– she needs to have fresh hay and clean water at all times *if she doesn’t eat at all something’s wrong call the vet* [this note will be attached to the fridge with a magnet with all the vet’s in town]
– feed her a handful of pellets every day (i feed her by hand or else the dog will eat it and need to poo a lot)
– you can feed her the small bowl of salad with mostly romaine, red and/or green lettuce, and a small amount of carrot, bell peppers, and/or celery
– for treats she likes berries, craisins, little orange slices or a slice of apple but only a few a day
if you want to try something new PLEASE just wait until i get home
– don’t leave the dog food bowl unattended she *will* eat it, also don’t put the left over dog food on the round table because she can get up there if she really wants.. watch the dog while he eats and pick up the kibble he drops on the floor, there will be a lot of it
– scoop out her litter pans everyday and make sure there’s new poo every day *if there’s no poo something is wrong call the vet!*
– replace soiled litter with fresh litter
– sweep out and around her cage as needed unless you enjoy living in a barn
– if you move the beer fridge make sure the barrier is in the right position when you move it back
