  Hi everyone! I just joined this forum because I am in love with bunnies and I am looking to get a house bunny! I live in Hawaii on the island of Maui..I agree it is better to adopt than buy a bun because you are just adding to the population of homeless buns. Anyways, I want to adopt a house bunny but am having trouble finding a rescue group in Hawaii? If I can’t find one I guess there is no where else, I have checked craigslist, etc., but they are mostly breeders…or meat rabbits for sale and I want a sweet house bun. Any pointers?

  Hopefully that link works but I want to say that a rabbit is a rabbit so a “meat” rabbit can be just as loving and wonderful as any rabbit…however I can understand that you don’t want to support breeders who breed for that reason…

  I have several friends in Hawaii on http://www.bunspace.com they would probably know especially if you set up a forum, or you could go straight to the adoptable buns and see if any are located near you.
