  Hi everybunny! My apologies for not having stopped by to say HI in a long time! Just been a busy school year teaching.
  
  For those of you who have a PETCO near you, some participating stores are doing a RABBIT RALLY WEEKEND this weekend (2/12-2/13) from 1-2pm. I guess they will have info about rabbits and it sounded like coupons and goodies.
  
  You will have to check Petco.com to see if the store near you is participating. Sadly, none of the ones near Huntington Beach, CA are….figures

  I saw the flyers for this about a week ago. Our local is actually going to have adoptions and a sort of ‘playdate’ thing for other bunny parents to meet and mingle their bunnies. Not quite sure, knowing my store, how well that’s going to work. 0_o
  I am ambiguous about these. On the one hand, I am so grateful that Petco does not sell rabbits anymore. (Now if they could just stop selling other small animals.) On the other hand, I don’t know if they are a good screening group for potential adopting bunny slaves.
  However if they hadn’t had an opportunity like this, I’d not have Fiver now, so….

  OMG, I just put my hubby on notice about this! lol. I didnt realize it was all petcos. I am traveling from NY to Pittsburgh, pa this weekend (yeah, bon jovi concert!!) anyhow…….
  
  That is a lot of petco stores for the trip! lol. Whoo hooo!

  Go to the “store locator” part of the website and you can look at the event pages for your local Petco stores. I’d say only like 1 out of 10 stores are participating. So be sure to check!
