I got home a little while ago, and I think something spooked Finnegan. He won’t stop thumping his feet. (He will thump once, and then a minute will go buy and he will thump again). I am not sure what is bothering him. I closed him into his little cage he came with for the time being, since he is more used to that, I believe. I just don’t want him stressed out…

But any suggestions on how to calm a rabbit who can’t be physically comforted?

You could try putting the radio or some sort of quiet white noise on in case there’s a noise that you can’t hear that’s bothering him.

Other than that, just make sure he has a hidey box I guess.

Treats. Talk to him in a calm voice. He will of course eventually get used to the sounds and scents around his new home. It’s pretty difficult to do sth about when it’s sth our human senses aren’t sharp enough to pick up on.
