My rabbit seems to have an eye booger on both of his eyes. Not on his eyelids or near his eyes, ON his eyes. How do I take care of this.

You can rinse his eyes with saline eyewash for humans. This is actually not too uncommon. The boogers will either get rinsed out or float away to the inner corner of the eye, where they can be gently wiped off with a moist compress or soft paper tissue.
