So I have a friend that has a rabbit and she said that her rabbit was pressing down it’s stomach and he kinda roll to the side. The rabbit was eating either but after an hour he went back to normal, he was playing, eating and drinking again. So not sure if it’s a normal behavior

Often when a rabbit presses down his stomach, that means he has gas.  It’s good to have baby simethicone on hand to treat rabbits for gas. The fact that he started eating and acting normal after a while, might mean that he passed the gas and felt better.  Massages can also be given to rabbits to help alleviate gas – there are videos showing how to do that.  Making them move around can also help them pass gas.  Rabbits should be monitored closely when this behavior is seen, as it could mean they are headed for GI stasis, which can be very serious.  A vet visit and medication will be needed if the rabbit doesn’t recover on his own.

Yes, this sounds like gas pain-related behavior. As tobyluv said, you want to keep an eye on the situation and be proactive with helping them work the gas out. Otherwise, if the pain persists, it can lead down the road to GI stasis.
