Problems With New Bunny

I just got my female 7 week old holland lop 2 days ago. The breeder said that she’s litter trained, but when I brought her home, she keeps pooping everywhere. I’ve noticed that she only pees in the litter box, but her poop is seriously spread out everywhere. The only corner where she hasn’t pooped is the corner where her hidey house is. Btw, I keep her in a xpen. I don’t know why she is doing this. Is this territorial pooping or what? She seems to know where to pee though. But why not where to poop?

Also, I have another problem. She has also been biting the xpen, shaking it, and poking her head through it. I don’t know why she does not like her xpen. I’ve provider her chew toys in there, a cardboard tunnel, a cardboard hidey house and a cardboard digging house. She can’t possible be bored, can she? I can’t exactly let her out for long yet because I’m scared that she will poop outside. She’s not exactly litter trained yet. Or is she doing this because I let her out once and she enjoyed the freedom so much that whenever she sees me, she wants me to let her out? I tried opening the xpen gate and sitting there to let her come to me and bond with me, but I noticed that she only comes to me to try to find a way to escape. What should I do?

She’s 7 weeks old, and she’s in a new environment. It could possibly be territory marking but she’s such a young bunny it’s difficult to litter train them fully at this age anyway. 

Also it’s not surprising she doesn’t want to be confined. Who would?

It can be difficult to fully litter train a rabbit that hasn’t been spayed or neutered, so that is one reason she is pooping all over. She is probably also leaving poops around since she is in a new place and wants to mark her new territory. It can be common for rabbits to bite on their cage or pen bars. It may be because they want out or because they want attention.
