  Earlier today, I went to see a Lionhead Lop at a local breeder.
  
  The barn she kept them in was filthy and reeked of urine. Each rabbit/multi rabbits were in wire cages. I noticed some of the water bottles were empty and the floor was covered in urine and feces. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere.
  
  The bun was beautiful and he didn’t mind being held, but she was only asking $40.00, or whatever I could spare.
  
  It’s probably a dumb question, but would it be safe to still take him home? I already have one bun and was trying to find him a friend, but I don’t want him to be exposed to anything unsavory.

  From what I’ve heard, it sounds like bun should be isolated from the other bun for at least thirty-ish days anyway. More So if you have concerns about the place you’re getting him from.
  
  Would also consider potentially reporting that breeder because that’s just whuehiue :/
