Hi everyone, I’m contacting vets about Charlie getting fixed and just wanted your opinion on something.

One of the vets I was planning on going with said they don’t require any kind of exam prior to surgery. I’m of course scheduling him for one anyways, but wanted to ask if you think that’s any kind of red flag or if you think that’s ok?

My vet didn’t require a meet and greet prior to surgery because she was a young rabbit and it was a spay, however he did schedule time with me the day of surgery and spent about 20 mins with me answering questions. I was already comfortable with the vet before I booked the appointment. If they had been totally new to me I would have done a meet and greet first
