I had gotten Romeo a potty tray for when he is outside his cage near some hay for him, he understands not to pee on the carpet but instead of using the toilet provided for him he took over the covers for my bed. I used to get angry because I’d have to constantly wash sheets so I could sleep. The idea came to me one day to just put my blanket on my floor, it seems like he chose his own toilet.

It’s fine but I would really prefer him to go potty in the place I made for him. Does anyone have any training tips?

Some rabbits simply like to pee on soft things and they can’t be dissuaded from using them. You could try removing the blanket entirely.
