Hi our Marshmallow has recently been pooping in a certain spot of his pen when he is outside of his cage, we immediately reprimand him and put him in his litter box as if we were training him as a young bun. Anytime we let him out he thinks that that spot is his litterbox now, even after changing rugs, moving things around, putting obstacles in the way, spraying the area of vinegar solution, and all of the above! What do we do, our current solution is he staying within his cage if we aren’t able to sit in his pen and watch him when he is wandering. Help we want to make sure he is getting plenty of exercise outside of the cage. But now we got a poop and pee problem OUTSIDE of his litterbox/cage.

Are you able to put another litter box in that spot?
