Sometimes there’s huge clumps of poop stuck on my rabbits butt, they aren’t dry poops either it’s like a massive clump of cecotropes and squishy poop!!! When they come off, they leave behind clumps of poop stuck on his butt and sometimes the back of his legs. I don’t know how to get them off! I can’t pick him up, he’s sorta big and hates being picked up. I can only see them when he’s stretched all the way out or hopping but I don’t want to disrupt his relaxing time or play time. I can’t give him a butt bath because I can’t transport him up the stairs with out a 15 minute struggle with getting him into the carrier… Any advice on how to get the poop off???
Also, Im buiding a hutch for him that I’m going to place outside any tips for optimal times he should go out? Can they go out in the winter? Or should he go out in the summer?
He’s a lone bun, and I don’t think my parents will let me get another one to keep him company for when I’m @ school, I don’t know if this is a big deal or not, bc he just sleeps during the day. Is having a second rabbit a lot of work or not? Any advice would be great!
