Finally got our little guy set up with an X pen and litter box and he was doing great with it! (he is not neutered so I was very worried but 0 accidents) however, when I moved his enclosure from the spare room to our living room he started pooping everywhere, only in his enclosure instead of just in the litterbox, and not just a few here and there but a lot. Is this normal? Will it stop? And would getting him neutered help? Any advice is appreciated!

He is simply marking his territory as he has moved into a new room. Neutering will help calm down his territorial behaviors and help him be litter trained

My bunny was litter trained at a very early age, he was also never neutered.  By the time he hopped into my life, I felt he was getting up there in age to go through all of that.  He uses that litter box about 90% of the time and 100% when mommies in the room.. sneeakkyy.. lol.  But I have moved several times and each time I try to set things up best for him and in familiar positions so he doesn’t get confused because one time, I moved and he was peeing on the bed… He did this a few weeks until he felt comfy in the new place I just tried to be patient.  Not all the poops will ever go in the box, when he is playing, one will tumble out.  He is pretty good though, especially with pee, sometimes its next to the box that is why I have rugs for him.  I noticed when he is stressed he will pick a new spot and I just had to relocate.  I use cardboard, and puppy training pads with paper crinkly things, you can toss a pad down if he is favoring a particular area, I know that has helped me from time to time.  That being said, even though PJ isn’t neutered, I think he understands mommy doesn’t like when he pees on the blankets. He will poop in front of the box too if it gets a little messy for his liking in there.  I will change a pad at least once a day if not twice, amazing how clean these guys are. I put hay in there too, who doesn’t like to eat while doing their business?? lol

I agree, this is territorial marking. Most bunnies do that when you move them to a new area, even fixed ones. Are you planning on neutering him in the future?
