  My bunny was doing great yesterday he was completely normal, however today I fed him in the morning and was gone all day and when I came back he had drinken water and eaten his greens but hadn’t touched his pellets, I can’t tell if he pooped but I think he peed. Also his stomach is making some grumbling noises. It was also very hot today if that has any factor? Should I take him to the vet immediately or wait until tomorrow and see?

  You mentioned greens and pellets but you haven’t mentioned hay? Do you feed him hay?
  
  The grumbling noise could be gas, in which case you could try giving him a tummy massage or administer some baby gas drops just in case. It’s very important to see whether he has pooped or not so I’d suggest cleaning out his litter box and then monitor if there’s any new droppings.

  I keep hay in his litter box at all times, I noticed him eating some before I left in the morning but can’t tell if he’s eaten a lot. I’ll clean his little box out and continue to monitor. I don’t think I have any baby gas drops where would I be able to find some? Thank you!

  I think you should be able to find some in a pharmacy. It’s otherwise known as simethicone.
