Im sure everyone has heard about the huge storm but the big question is can the buns play in it in a controlled area?

I should think so. Just let them play in a controlled area in short periods of time and monitor them closely. Some buns hate snow, some love it. If they are shivering and their ears are cold or their nose is pale, bring them back inside. Just monitor them and I think it’ll be fine!

I see pics of bunnies playing in the snow all the time on my house rabbit FB groups. Like the others said, closely monitored. Some people even bring pans of snow inside for their bunnies to play in or put snow in the tub.
