Still bonded and going strong!
They are both more confident since they’ve been bonded, which means even more curious (not always a good thing!). And Hammer has changed, he is less interested in me (
) and gets into more trouble with Lucy cheering him on. And he eats so much more hay, because Lucy doesnt eat salad she eats more hay, and so he has taken to hay. A seriously large amount of hay, I have a picture ill post. I bought the 50lbs of Oxbow hay and they are munching right on through.
When Hammer gets his evening salad I refill the hay sources, and sometimes Hammer gets more excited about the fresh hay then his salad and choices to eat some hay before going to his salad.
But they are going really good, they both are happier and binky like crazy now.
They did have one spat. My cat Toluz adores them and enjoys playing with them and trys to lounge with them. Hammer loves him so he has no problem, Lucy is unsure and has charged him before.
But when Im watching Toluz is allowed to come play, and decided to lounge in their pen. So Lucy was trying to reclaim Hammer and was very humpy. Hammer did not tolerate it, which in turn angered Lucy. But as soon as I removed Toluz and scolded them they were in love again. But everything is great!

Thats the main hay setup. They have one other litter box with hay but they like this one better. That hay is piled up about 5in., and two stuffed hay racks. I refill (not top off, completely refill) at least twice a day, usually 3 times.
