Since I have only Cotton now and had to give up Ruby   HE seems more relaxed.   HE no longer marks he door area.   HE comes out of his house in the morning  and lies down in his box and flops and looks at me.

And he is getting well.  I dont’ even put the door gate down anymore.  HE doesn’t go into the bedroom he may look now n then but he won’t go in.

I am keeping it bunny proof just in case tho.

So how is everyone  missed y’all.  I been busy with all this rabbit stuff.

When I had to give up Ruby I cried for 2 weeks and had to go to the emergency room for my asthma it got so bad.

Am all ok now Once I am off that prednisone I will be feeling much better.

I am so happy about Cottons lip healing   no more swelling he is eating hay like crazy now.  No pain. It feels so good to see him eat and run and jump.

He has some flaky stuff like dandruss by his whiskers and hair is falling out.  In 21 days we will know what fungus it is and treat that.  Then he be well n happy n can live another 12 years I hope n pray.

Vet says it looks ringworm with out the redness.   I also found favus.  Their hair falls out n never grows back. He has this on his neck n shoulder area. I pray we get a result and he gets well all the way around.

You just don’t know how good this feels.  God answers. IN his own good time

I’m so glad Cotton is on the mend! I’m also glad that he’s a happier guy being an only bunny. I felt so bad for you when you had to give up Ruby, but from your previous post it sounds like she’s really enjoying her new home and Cotton is happy having his mom all to himself.

          Welcome back, BT!

It sounds like he is a happy little guy who is not only getting better but has his home and his mommy just the way he wants it. He never did like other bunnies. I am so sorry you were that ill from giving up Ruby. I think I miss her a bit, too. But E. is right – she’s in a good home too, so she is well cared for.

In the meantime, isn’t it wonderful to see Mr. Cotton McBoo feeling so much better. Very glad you’re back. We missed you!!!!!!

                 BT,

If you will let me do the honors: here are two links to previous threads posted regarding Ruby and Cotton’s “finally correct diagnosis”.

BT and her bunnies have been active members of BinkyBunny for at least 2 years now.  We love her fuzzy family.

Thank you so much for posting the links RP    You are right E   Cotton is so much happier.

I have to watch that asthma tho.

OH I got an allergy test in case it was inducing the asthma.   No allergies those shots worked.   Cool eh?
