We’ll have to drive at least 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to the vet clinic, I know on road trips a rabbit must be given a break every 2 hours to eat and drink.

Should I bring her stuff to the vet? Such as a bag of washed greens, pellets, hay, litterbox and a water bowl? I was thinking instead of stopping during the trip we could let her eat and recover at the vet clinic.

You should be bringing her food anyway to the vet so they can see if she is willing to eat after her surgery

Yes! Always better to be prepared. You could also leave it with the vet and see if she will eat it after surgery.
