Jersey do you think he may have some bladder problems or kidney/bladder stone issues like BB’s Jack? Remember he acted that way as well…

Now now, Jers… you know it take approximately *7 years* for the hormones to get out of their systems… lol!

But seriously, is this a brand new behavior? Has he ever been a humper before? I also question if there might be something “off” with him.

Maxie was always a hardcore humper, so I never really worried about it because it wasn’t out of the ordinary with him.

Has the issue been resolved? How is Rumball today?

This thread can be moved if needed. i was just a little perplexed when I posted it.

Sarita, Jacks bladder stone has crossed my mind a lot. I just don’t see any other outward signs with Rumball though. I did check him over this week and did his scent glands. When I touched where the bladder is he reacted a couple times… Enough now for me to want to get him checked out.

I actually have concerns about Jerseys condition and am wanting to get her looked at so now I’ll just take them in together.
I also wonder if he’s reacting to a change in her.

She’s 5.5 yrs and he’s 6.5yrs so I’m thinking I really should start getting bloodwork done with them. Does that seem about the right age??

Beka, it’s not really a new behaviour. He’s been like this on occasion but its more frequent now. He doesn’t actually get to hump. Lol. He’s not put out by that too much either. They settle fast and will be sitting side by side until he tries again.
