  Just put a bag of butternut squash pieces and cinnamon in the microwave. Directions said not to poke hole in the bag. Yes I am positive I reread it couple of times.
  
  Well reading posts and replying I just heard a pop. I hope it didn’t burst all over the microwave. I can’t get up there on top the cabinets to get it down to clean it it is too heavy and too high up to reach it for a good cleaning.
  
  Am reluctant to go see.

  Eek! Hopefully the bag just popped a little and it’s not all over your microwave. Definitely seems strange that you weren’t supposed to add holes! Maybe somebody didn’t do a very good job when they were writing those directions.

  I dared to check. What I found was a small hole with some of the cinnamon butter squirted out. Wasn’t bad at all. Phew A little cleanup and all is good again
