When I got Earl (my male Rex mix) he had a little brown freckle on the inside of his right nostril, however recently it seems to be growing (I may be going crazy and be imaging it), but I’m aware that this can be a symptom of cancer in humans. How common are bunny freckles? Do they ever lead to illness? It would be amazing if anyone could share some information on this.

I have never heard of bunnies getting skin cancers/infections that present as freckles, though I’m sure it’s entirely possible. What I would do is call your vet, and then start taking a picture of it daily, to check its progress. If you are concerned, I’m sure your vet could alleviate your worries
