Can we nominate multiple times?
I put in votes for Karla too, it’s been an up and down year for her. For many of our bunny slaves actually.
I’d like to nominate mocha200. In the space of this year she’s been able to negotiate with her parents to bring both rabbits to live indoors, had Lulu spayed, bonded Mocha and Lulu, helped build a great condo along with various NIC structures (lol). She she always making toys and improving things for them. Even growing food for them. I’ve been pretty impressed with her dedication.
Along with her, I’d like to nominate another of our younger members Mirbear. Despite parental challenges that makes it difficult, she has been able to keep both her rabbits with her and make the best of the situation. Actually one rabbit was her sisters who she has taken on I believe. Anyway, I admire her ongoing commitment.

OK, I may be over thinking this….
I bet there are many, many members who don’t post so often or are just readers that are worthy of nomination. Dedicated slaves, fosterers, rescue volunteers etc that we haven’t had as much interaction with unfortunately.
I’m just gonna nominate all the bunny slaves.

I think it goes without saying that all the members on BinkyBunny.com are most diligent bunny caregivers, but who would you nominate to be the best this year, and why?
I nominate Karla because she is still at it with the bonding even though she has suffered setback after setback including injuries to herself.

I had actually thought about another type of nomination – best help we have received this year. Because here, I am in great debt to Petzy for helping me with the bonding (I always tell people about my Canadian mentor) and also JG for being such a web detective and being the one who suggested that Freddie has E. Cuniculi when the vets couldn’t find the cause. Without JG, Freddie would not have received treatment.
I’d like to nominate Sarita as bunny slave, because of all her caring for Pepe. Also, after having seen the thread about messy bunny areas, JG should really be nominated because I have never seen a bunny make such a big mess like Jersey does and you really have to be a big bunny slave to endure that LOL

I nominate everyone that has had to deal with ill bunnies, irritable bunnies, stinky bunnies, poop-war-starting bunnies, demanding bunnies, teenage bunnies, elderly bunnies, middle aged-about-to-have-midlife-crisis bunnies, bunnies that have passed on, bonding bunnies… you get the idea. Anyone that has ever dealt with a bunny being a bunny and not given up!

Feeling the loooove.
This is like a delayed Thanksgiving.
I do want to ditto some of kralspaces comments. The FL’s have scheduled times to be on here, not just come on when you feel like it like the rest of us. And Jennifer!! I really missed her on the forums but her busyness and work is what allows the forums to be here.
Kral, I thought of your qu “how to correctly pet a bunny” the other day when I read Lola had passed. I am so glad you asked and were able to enjoy that with Lola! Questions are only ‘dumb’ if they’re not asked. i.e. dumb=mute.
Karla, I know you understand my frustration in Jerseys litter habits because Molly challenged you for a time. You can either try remedy it or live with it. There’s no other alternative in my mind – Jersey will stay with me. I thank members for putting up with my posting about it alot and trying to problem solve it. I warn you, I think I’m heading toward doing this again in the faint hope that I can solve it. Apologies in advance.

I love so many people on this site that it’s impossible to nominate just one! Just to name a few…
Brittany, for being such a sweet and supportive friend no matter what’s going on, even though she has so much on her own plate!
Lintini, who has been there for me through so many things, including staying up all night with me once when Momo wasn’t feeling good. She has been endlessly comforting and kind, and I’ll never forget it.
Jersey, who has given me incredible advice so many times I can’t count, and is only ever a bright, positive influence on everyone here!
MimzMum, MonkeyBun, and FluffyBunny, who have been so encouraging and whom I have always been able to count on for friendship and advice.
And everyone who responds to all of my silly posts with goofy pictures or weird stories. You all have helped me through so many things – the car accident, bunny worries, and all things both happy and sad.
I’m so thankful for you all
They’re also awesome bunny slaves too!! I didn’t want to miss the point of the post *completely* lol

FIRSTLY i nominate mocha200 (someone message her and tell her to get her bunny-butt to this post) She’s been able to do alot more than me alot faster then i have, and has inspired me to not give up. she is also one of the most dedicated slaves i have had the pleasure to talk to. i know what its like to have a parent / parents who think their doing the right thing however are completely wrong. i admire her because she showed the strength , persistance, and courage to speek for the speechless, and make their lives better than most rabbits. Mocha and lulu are luck to have such a dedicated, loving and compassionate, bunny slave. Way to go Mocha200
and yes, Hershey originally belonged to my sister who would forget to feed her for weeks at a time and would scream at me if i “took over her bunny” and fed it
thankfully shes been in my care for almost 10 months now.. -

Mirbear I want to nominate you, because even though you can’t have your buns inside you have made there habitat
in the garage 100% better and you never stop trying!I also want to nominate Petzy! She was so patient with me through the whole time I bonded my buns and even when I thought I should quit she encuraged me to keep trying. You have also helped me in so many other ways I can’t name them all!
I love every one else on here as well and I love you guys so much!

i’ll second the noms (haha… noms) for sarita and k&k for all of the fostering they do especially for the special needs fuzzies. babybun required a lot of care in her last couple of years which was so much work… and she was a single bun for most of the time!
i know there are more of you special-needs bunny slaves out there and i nominate all of you too!
and i 2nd / 3rd / 4th… the noms for all of the slaves who worked hard with a surprise litter

I put in a vote for Lintini! Her weakness for cute rabbit kits put her in a position of having to manage several pubescent rabbits within a short period of time, which is the true test for rabbit servitude… I also think she has a budget just for bunny destruction costs, I could be wrong but I believe it’s true.
