My Omi just had a little of bunnies. They’re 3-4 days old now. I was checking then today as a couple needed to be fed that she seemed to not have been feeding. One of these, as I turned him over, had little scabs on his feet. It seemed like stork bite in babies, but I’ve never seen this in rabbits before. Should I just leave it be and it will go away or is this something I need to address?

They need to go to the vet for a check over. If mom is refusing to feed them, they needs to be hand fed by you every few hours. Scabs are also not normal. It is possible, if she doesnt want them, that she is bitting/nipping them. Again, youll have to go to the vet

I couldn’t agree more. Scabbed feet are NOT normal. Also, kits must have full (bulging) bellies at least a few times a day if not more. Please see your vet asap. (((babies)))
