  I’m new to the BB Forum but not new to BB! BB has been an excellent resource for companion rabbits. I’ve learned SO much!
  
  We currently only have one bun. He is a rescue named Thumper. He is about 2 years old. Poor little guy has had a sad life until now. We are his third owner.
  
  We’ve had him about a month and he is coming out of his shell nicely except for the fact he cannot seem to grasp the concept of toys. I’m even showing him videos of other bunnies playing with toys to try and give him the idea. After we have him neutered we will find him a bunny friend to bond with. He had a sucessful bond before but we were told that she died during bunny birth. Those owners gave him away because he was depressed and grieving…..which of course made him more depressed. A depressed bun is a sad thing indeed!
  
  Now over to the shop and shop!

  Welcome! Poor Bun. People and buns alike just need time to heal. I’m glad you came along to understand that and help him.

  welcome, he looks a lot like my Furbee. 2 of my 3 were in horrid conditions when I got them.

  Your Thumper looks a lot like my Thumper! My Thumper is a girly bunny, but she was also a rehome and came to me not wanting much to do with me. She has turned around 100% though and I sincerely hope that the same happens for your little Thumper.
  
  So glad you were able to give him a home!!
