Hello! Ok so last week I rescued a dwarf rabbit from my place of work. I posted him on Facebook and it’s been shared over 150 times and took him to the local vets (no has come forward, the vet believes it was intentional) so I have decided to keep him! You
I am already in love, he loves to be groomed and grooms me back, I have researched all areas thoroughly and think we’re doing well together but I have problem… I have no idea how old he is and the vet said she can’t really narrow it down either. He hasn’t been neutered but shows no signs of aggression/being territorial or being randy ? so does this mean he’s quite young? TIA

Could you post a picture? It would help give us a better reference point? Also, you need to bring him to a bunny-savvy vet. A bunny savvy vet is also considered an exotics vet. They should be able to identify his age +/- a year or two. A local dog/cat vet won’t really know what they’re doing enough to be able to tell you important things like that.

          Good thing you saved him

Thank you… tried uploading photos but won’t allow, maybe because I’m on my phone?
Yeah now I know no one is gonna claim him I’m going to get him booked in where I take my AP hedgehog and get him chipped/insured… he’s litter trained and very loving but not sure how long things like that take to age him haha
