Hello BB’s!
I’ve been MIA lately. Lots going on with uni and doctors appointments. Anyway… As you know I have my gorgeous bun sun, Chester. Whom I adore more than anything. Well, now he has a bun brother
On June 27, I walked out my yard as the sun was going dow to check sonething. Then I saw something bolt through the yard, with one of the stray kittens (stray mum cat with 2 kitties kind of adopted us as as their owners late last year) chasing after it. In shock, I said “OH MY GOD!” and Dad came running to see what went wrong. There was a bunny in our yard. Long story short, I followed the bun and gave him food. He ate, then hopped under the fence as I tried to catch him.
June 28, I left pellets outside (and some tasty banana

to lure the bun back into my yard. I waited until sunset again in hope to see the bun. He returned (only this time I set up a caged area to catch him). As he was busy munching on banana, I went into the caged area and shut the gate behind me. He was corned now. I sat with him, talking to him before picking him up and brining him inside the house to put in a large dog crate
His name is Billy aka Billy Bun (Dad named him lol)
Billy is a total sweetheart, but the night he came to us he broke my heart. I do not know if he escaped or if his owner “freed” him. But I can tell you this, he had been abused. I have never seen a bunny move their head the way Billy did when I went to pet him. He did not want anyone touching near his ears, like he was expecting pain. I think he may have been an easter bunny as he seems quite young and the children of the family didn’t treat him right
.
Nonetheless, It is safe to say that he loves it here. He binkies and flops, throws his toys, and loves to run around the house. He is yet to be introduced to Chester as Billy needs desexing, plus I wanted him to put on weight first (He felt very thin when he came to me)
Here he is! This was the night we got him

Also the night we got him

I will add some new photos of Billy and Chester later
