Aww! That sounds so sweet. So these bunnies are for the family then?
Question: How old are these bunnies?
Two boys can get along. For a successful long-term bond though, they will need to be neutered. Hormones can make them want to fight, even if they were raised together from birth. If you plan on housing them together prior to being neutered, it would be wise to make absolutely sure you have two boys. I know that sounds silly, but you would not believe how many cases of mistaken identity there have been on the forum. You don’t want one of your “boys” to suddenly have babies. If they are both young, then they will likely love each other since baby bunnies love everyone. Housing them together before they are neutered generally isn’t recommended. But if you do, make sure to have another cage just in case they need to be separated. Hormones can kick in, literally overnight. If they have a really bad fight, it can ruin any chances of having a bond as adults. I’m not saying this to scare you. I just want you to be aware of what can happen. We’ve seen it before.
Once they are old enough (as soon as 3-4 months), have them neutered at the same time. Once they are healed, you can bond them “for real”.
