A couple days ago my stepdad surprised me with two mini rexes to go with my French Angola. One is male and the other is female, Shadow and Willow. Both are from different litters and both need fixed. I can’t afford to get both done right away, only one. Who should go first?

I would say female first. They tend to be a more territorial

I would opt for the female but really it’s up to you. Do you plan to bond them? Males can still impregnate unspayed females for upto a month after hence why I would choose the girl first.

How old are they? A male matures sooner than a female and can be neutered as soon as the testes drop.

Good point! I was thinking strictly behavior-wise…But that’s a good thing to consider

It’s especially important if you have houdini rabbits that still manage to break into the other one’s enclosure/area. That was a shock one morning
