        Hi,

I got my rabbit Theo (that is my new name for the rabbit don’t pay an attention to the user name :d) I just got him neutered today and the vet said that it will take 3-5 days for you to return to your normal rabbits normal activity’s. Is that right?? He also has been chewing on his stitches but the vet said they where inside of him so he cant get his teeth on him but he just may lick it alot. Do people have problems with the licking?? Have you?? I also took everything out of his cage that he can jump on. What else should I do?? I put a warm towel in their with him too because I don’t have a heating pad. What else should I do??

Thanks sorry about all the questions

Yes, the vet was right, but you should still keep an eye on him for a few days after the prescribed time.
The only thing I would be concerned about is him chewing the stitches. If he happens to get his teeth in one, he might accidentally hurt himeslf. I would keep a close eye on him and stop him when he tries to chew them. Otherwise, sounds like you got it covered!

It sounds like he used glue instead of stitches on the outside and the regular stitches on the inside so you shouldn’t have to worry about him ripping out his stitches.
