Sounds like she’s actually not all that stressed-what with her binkying, but merely found a new and improved litter tray!
Your rabbit is acting out territorial instincts, to make her new room “hers” and to make sure any weird strange bunnies that might be lurking around also know it’s hers.
Your bed smells like you, not like her, -so she needs to bunny it up a bit(plus soft things must feel amazing to pee on because it’s such a common problem)
Restrict her access to the room, give her a smaller area to ‘protect’.(In the form of a cage or xpen) This way she doesnt stress and you dont have to clean all the time, and it will be easier to learn the litter tray rule again.
I’d say dont let her on the bed, but failing that, other owners on here have had success with throwing a shower curtain over the bed-it’s cheap, easy to clean and eventually their rabbits lost interest in going toilet there!
