Nava had color in her pee, and I thought it was the usual discoloration that happens once in a while with Buns, but now I’m not sure. Nava peed on her pillow (again, I think it’s too soft so she gets it confused with her box) and it now looks more like blood. So if it happens again I’m going to schedule her an appointment at the vets. :/

can you show us the pic of pee?

It could be food that you feed her..

See if yo ucan get a sample for the vet so he can analyze it, would give you a more complete answer to what it was.

Blood in the urine rarely makes the whole puddle change color, its more like little clots int he puddle. Dark orange/red pee is quite common and normal, depending on what they have been eating

I think that would be a good idea at her age and the fact that she is not spayed. It would be good to get a thorough senior wellness check up – I say do it!

She is meant for a check up anyways, but thanks guys. It does seem like dabs of red. If she pees on her pillow again then I’ll take a photo of it.

She may also lose her pillow for a while. :/ Lol. We bought it so she had something comfy to cuddle with and sleep on… but she likes peeing on it now.
