  Hello everyone, long time lurker and first time post. My wife and I have two buns, a 4 year old Penelope and we’re just celebrating one year with our other bun Thor.
  
  A few months ago penelope was sick with an infection and after she got better seemed to have decided she no longer wanted to use her litter box.
  
  I’ve been cleaning with water and dabbing it up, but I have a feeling she can still smell it and won’t take to new litter training until I can kill the smell.
  
  I’ve seen lots of reference’s to nature’s miracle to clean carpet, but I didn’t see anything that mentioned it was sa few for small animals.
  
  Are people just using the one made for cats and dogs? Is that safe provided I’ve let the area dry properly before she gets around to playing in it?
  
  I tried some vinegar and Thor did not take too kindly to it, so I’m not sure I want to try that again.

  I’m not sure on this, I’ve always just used a 50/50 vinegar water mix.

  Nature’s Miracle is apparently safe to use around rabbits. I have used it or something similar on the carpet in my house in the past.
  
  I found this on the Indiana chapter of the HRS website. “White vinegar is a favorite rabbit urine cleaner. Rinse or soak litterboxes with it, or use to spot treat carpet stains. Many other pet stain products also work well on rabbit urine; experiment to find what works best for you. Nature’s Miracle enzyme cleaner and Woolite Pet Stain and Odor Eliminator usually do a good job.”
