Well me and my dad are currently performing a rescue situation!

Nala somehow got her chubby little bunny butt under the kitchen sink! There’s a small hole for the pipes to go through and she’s happily sitting there cleaning herself while I’m freaking out and my dad is getting something to tear off the bottom of the cupboard under the sink.

We got her out! She’s currently sitting in her cage, turned away from me and thumping.  It’s not something to be angry about Nala! You scared me! ):

They can get in some pretty strange places. Last week Pacey somehow managed to get himself INSIDE my bedroom wall. It took 15 minute minutes of me freaking out and 30 minutes to cut a giant hole in the wall for him to hop out and go over to the treat container. He didn’t care while I was busy having a nervous breakdown.

I seriously looked away at my computer for a moment and she was gone, I’m not even sure how she got under it, seeing as there’s only about an inch and a half of a gap until the little hole for the pipes. And she’s no little bunny, she’s pretty chubby. And I felt bad because it’s 2 in the morning and my dad has to wake up at 3 for work. But I couldn’t get her out myself, he ended up pushing her out with the broom. because he couldn’t figure out how to get the bottom of the cabinet off, and I couldn’t coax her out with food or treats. I almost had a panic attack because I thought she was gonna get hurt, but I could see she was cleaning her face and sitting there like nothing was wrong. I checked over her a bit but she nipped my hand because she was angry at me. So I’m gonna check over her again first thing in the morning. She gave me quite a scare though.

Naughty Nala….. I have seen mine do the belly limbo into some tight spaces, they can get quite flat with their legs out to the side.

I’m glad she’s okay. Those little buggers can certainly get into lots of trouble!!!!

This takes me way back to when I had a hamster get loose and dig a hole next to the toilet pipes. She was in the wall for almost a day before we were able to get her out. Scary!
