My rabbit and her stages

So Cupcake will be 1 year old sometime in the next few weeks and i thought that maybe i could make this post about her different behavior stages as a kind of warning, or reference for other new bunny owners… 

1. Cute and Cudly. This was probably till she was 4 months old. She would always lick me and my family members. And she would let me pick her up. An occasional accident (i.e. she would pee on my bed)

2. The rebel. Probably up until 7 months. She started nipping peoples legs (enough to freak out my little sister) started peeing on my bed. Escaping from her cage, hopping up on furniture, she destroyed atleast 3 cords. She would bare her nails and start humping my legs (this was in the summer when all i wore was shorts)

3. Calm. She is now calmer, still pees on my bed, she needs more attention now, she is starting to get sweeter again.

Now obviously i could do many more stages but i think this is enough. She still is not spayed (ive been trying to but i still have not been able to) which explains the peeing, which is stopping but she goes through fazes where she either will or wont pee. Im not sure if this will help anyone but it would have helped me to know if what my rabbit was doing was normal. Im still not actually sure so maybe if anything was the same for you tell me.

Philomena is about 9 months old now (maybe? she was born in March and I’m not very good with simple math) and I have also noticed stages too. She was so cute and cuddly and then she hit her 5th or 6th month. I got her spayed and that helped with her territorial behavior but she still likes to nip when I’m in her way and she sometimes will have accidents whenever we happen to be home and not at my apartment at school. She will also still get into trouble though and refuses to be kissed when somebody else is in the room with us. I’m hoping that as she reaches her 1 year mark she will finally calm down and not get into trouble as much.

@philomena I think she will eventually calm down… Atleast a little Cupcake also will nip if i get in her way! And sometimes if im petting her ears she will start to shake her head (so that her ears make slapping sounds) like she is telling me to pet her somewhere else.
